SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped via ground (USPS, UPS or Fedex). Most of the products we offer will arrive in 5-7 days, except crib bedding sets which ship in 4-6 weeks. All of our custom made and/or personalized, shipping times vary. Please refer to specific item descriptions for any variations on these shipping standards. If you have a question about when you will receive an order or to inquire about shipping via rush, please contact us BEFORE placing your order so that it can be handled accordingly.
We only ship within the Continental U.S. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping rates are calculated automatically by our website based on your total order amount. See table below. Please note that certain large and bulky items, such as furniture, require a delivery surcharge. Refer to the product page for details.

TRACKING
Order and Tracking information generally appears to registered users on account pages. SInce we use various carriers for shipping, tracking is not always readily available. If you do not find the tracking information that you need on your account page, please contact us.
PAYMENT
At this time, we accept Paypal payments for your convenience. All payments and payment information is collected via an SSL secure server for your protection. If you have further concerns about ordering online, you can place your order via phone at 877-687-2519 . We charge a 7% sales tax to all orders shipped within the state of Florida.
GIFT WRAP
Some of our items are available for gift wrapping. To inquire about gift wrapping, please contact us BEFORE placing your order so that it can be handled accordingly.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we can help you return or exchange it within 15 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Please note that monogrammed, engraved and custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Also, large freight items such as furniture, may be subject to a restocking fee. You will need a Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions for returning all items. Please contact us before sending back any items, in order to begin processing your return. Kindly note that we cannot accept any item without an RA number and they will be returned to you.
